Fixed some bugs and added a missing comment in config

Sorry it took a while, but 1.17.1 is now supported! No more yelling console!

A new action was added - Bucket Catch. Whenever a player with the permission actionwords.generate.bucketcatch catches an entity in a bucket an Action Word will generate. Time to pretend like we are playing Pokémon!

Some bug fixes

It took me a while to get that Helix animation, but I manage to do it! I wonder how it would look like with particles.. probably even better!
Give players the actionwords.generate.enchant to make them able generate this Action word.

In addition, many bugs have been fixed. Thank you all for reporting them!

Second update = 2 new actions! (No, I am not going to keep this rate. 10th update = 10 new actions? no.)

The first action fires on player kill. Pretty simple.

The second update is whenever player strips wood. You can make some pretty satisfying things with it.

A few bugs also has been fixed.
