Refractored the whole config file to make it more flexible and nice

Added support for skulls as materials:
1) material: "head:value", value is taken from minecraft-heads.com
2) material: "hdb:id", id is ID of skull from HeadDatabase (obviously requires HeadDatabase to be installed)
Added SEARCH function (requested by Intaro_, an example search button is in the default config in the main menu)
