would it be possible to have a version of the plugin with the "R" ? and so it would not eliminate the change of hand

The plug-in is discontinued, no further updates will be done. That being said, it does not eliminate change of hand, it only limits it. You can still do a swap with your inventory or any other menu open.

this is just great idea. no more menu attached at hotbar .
tested on latest spigot and works as a charm.
