Config and Extra Commands
Added more features to One Liner, such as:
- config.yml
- remembering people who've started the One Liner challenge even after a server reboot
- a /globalline command that allows you to make everyone participate in the One Liner challenge (excluding OPs)
- a /forceline admin command which allows server operators to force someone to partake/quit the One Liner challenge
