New Features:
- /userinfo command (shows information about the given user if they are online)
- /gstatus <server> (shows the status of the given server or all servers)
- essentialsBungee.userinfo (Permission needed for /userinfo command)
- essentialsBungee.userinfo.ip (Permission needed to see player ip in /userinfo command)
- essentialsBungee.serverstatus (Permission needed to use the /serverstatus command)
