Prevent survival players from using creative items[3.3]
Changes
- Now supports hex colors
- Cleaned up the config. Backup the current config before updating.
- Merged both commands into a single /limitcreative command. /limitcreative convert & /limitcreative clearlore
- Fixed an issue that caused the config to regen upon plugin load
