/fullcloak reload and small improvements
Added
- Command /fullcloak reload with its permission "fullcloak.command.reload" (and customizable message)
- When the /fullcloak off command is executed, all hidden players become visible again
- When the command /fullcloak disable is executed, the player becomes visible again (if hidden)
- Fixed a problem with check for update: it was pointing to the link of the old resource on Spigot
- Minor improvements
