Changelog:
- Fixed all known bugs

- REMOVED decay feature
- REMOVED combat log feature
- REMOVED default perms (now /beacon and /withdraw will be on by default, use a permission plugin to change it!)

NOTE:
I have done a big mistake, I have added new features all at once without properly testing them out which caused messy code and a ton of bugs.
I have reverted this plugin for an older version, added back some simple features, and changed some stuff.

I'll make sure to fix more bugs in this version if there are any, but right now that might be the last version of this plugin

Am I stopping? Absolutely not, I have big plans in the future and am going to work on multiple more projects soon.
I'll probably even make a new separate plugin that will be out shortly that will add combat logging
