/sc <text> - Aliases: /staffchat (Toggleable or use /sc <text>) [basic.staff]
/ac <text> - Aliases: /adminchat (Toggleable or use /ac <text>) [basic.admin]
/freeze <player> - Aliases: /ss [basic.staff]
/staffannounce <text> [basic.admin]
/tbc <text> [basic.broadcast]
/bc <text> - Aliases: /broadcast [basic.broadcast]

/stats <player> [no permission]

Permissions:
basic.staff
basic.admin
basic.broadcast
Certain commands don't need permission which are the ones for all player use.
