This is a very good script with high functioning elements, i like the way it works and its fit for me and for the use of my server and it is also very easy to use. There are a few flaws though, like:

The teleportation when its on freeze
and the spamming message also

For overall ill give 4 stars cause it is not the best OFC but from other not so famous plugins i'm gonna say this is by far better than most of the others.

So, the skript is overall good but there are some things you could improve:
- stop the message from spamming in on move event
- don't teleport the player when freezed or at least make it toggleable in the config
- put more information on the spigot page
