[1.3.2] Fix, Gem list, shop.
LEGACY 1.3.2
- delete old config.yml, locale.yml, gems.yml for all options -​

*Fix Error:
- Can take out glass, some things else in blueprint shop

* About /forge gem, GEM
- Have two new option in gems.yml:
+ buy: allow to buy in list shop
+ cost: money required for buying
- Cost for drill, breaker in config.yml
- Remove /forge gem get ...
- /forge gem to open gem list shop.
