Added some new Release-Parrots options (inspired by this plugin).
Didn't add all of them, because I found some useless.

• Release shoulder parrots when the player...
→ ...sneaks
→ ...gets damaged
→ ...dies
→ ...enters a bed (true by default, because it turns parrots invisible)
→ ...touches water
→ ...starts swimming

All configurable.
