Error on startup which disables the plugin on purpur 1.21.3 and when i tried clicking on the support button the website didnt even open wish if it was a discord server instead

All support is handled through Discord. You can always just private message me on Spigot as well.

If there is an error on startup, you likely need to set a database in data.yml

Completely ruins the server. Luckily I put it on a test server, but it forced repeated restarts, and deleted all entities, including item frames. Had to remove it just to get the server to start normally. 0/10

Reach out on Discord for support. We have hundreds of buyers with no issues.

To be clear, what is most likely happening with the restarts is you don't have MySQL set in the data.yml, which is required to start the plugin. CLEARENTITIES is also an option in the settings.yml.

Unless people report issues, then they can not be fixed.
