+ Fixed The no-permission-message - There Was a Problem In The messages.yml File Where The no-permission-message Wasn't Working.
+ New Better Logic For Supported Plugins - The Logic System For Protection Plugins Have Been Fully Reworked And Optimized.
+ New Permission Feature - Right Now You Can Make Unstripping To Require a Permission In The config.yml File Or Disable It.

Known Issues:
- When Reloading WorldGuard With PlugMan Or Other Plugin Unstripper Cannot Work Properly You Need To Restart The Server Or Disable WorldGuard Then.
