As you could probably read from the error message this plugin is a Bukkit plugin and therefore does not support velocity in general. I am sorry to say but you can’t use it on velocity…

Haven't tried it yet, but looks very clean! I've actually been looking for a plugin like this for a long time, and this just looks perfect for my needs! Seems to be a very good plugin!
