+ Added option to configure arena times (Wait, Starting and In-game time)
+ Game sounds are now configurable.

* Fixed arena config not update in real time.

Note: The sounds of the arena are now configurable, but these come by default configured to work in 1.8. If you want to use the plugin in versions later than API 1.13+, these should be changed. (A commented example has been left in the configuration of the config.yml file)
