A simple way to give your server a custom or random MOTD!Gradient support for spigot! And minimum server version change!
Added support for gradients for spigot servers, support on bungee is also planned but isn't yet supported.

To allow for use of gradients I've had to up the minimum required server version from 1.13 to 1.16.
If enough people want it in the future - this means that 1.0.5 is the last version to support anything under 1.16!
