Permissions:
- exaltedcore.pretty (This allows the user to run the new command)

Commands:
- /exaltedcore pretty
- /ecore pretty
- These commands do the same thing, when entered into the console or by a player that has this permission will make the plugins save in a pretty format (for JSON saving only). This is to make manual config editing easier.

Fixes:
- Fixed an NPE when saving data if config files haven't been generated
