Fortune, Silk Touch, and Ores as Chests
- Added support for fortune and silk touch enchantments
- They will only act on ores with Drop Not Smelt enabled
- They can both be disabled in the config
- Added an Ores as Chests option to the config
- Causes ores in chests to spawn in place of ores
- Is disabled by default
