Hug -----
Players can hug each other, group hug everyone, show their pride!New Lang Strings + Fixes
- Added the hug receive and hug send strings to the config file so they're no longer hard coded.
- Some of the hard coded strings were weird... I guess from a find/paste my IDE did before uploading
- Fixed the config reload command as it wasn't actually storing the values on /reload
