My dumb ass forgot to call saveDefaultConfig() when the plugin starts, so it was never generating the full config with messaging options d'oh!
If you have an existing config.yml, just delete it first then swap in the new 1.01 version and start the server and it will regen the config with the message entries so you can localize if needed.
