[+] Added an update system that will notify you if a new update is available on Spigot. When an update is available it will notify OPs on the server on login and in the console. This system can be disabled in the "checkupdates" option.
[+] Added /clickringbell version command which tells which version is running on the server.
[+] Added /clickringbell checkupdates command that checks for any new updates on the Spigot page.

If version 22y12a does not give any problem, the internal code of the plugin will be reorganized.

(!) The file "config.yml" has been changed. It is recommended to delete the old file if you have versions older than the current one and re-edit it.
