2. I made it in 1.17 and the plugin has been up for 3 days, this being my first plugin I've ever developed, I haven't entirely gotten around to supporting outdated versions yet

The code contains a significant amount of unnecessary & duplicate functions causing low performance, oversized plugin, and unused backend methods.

I'm ngl I don't really know what you mean.
The plugin watches for one event, cancels it.

There's a total of one command, one config line, and 3 permissions. I don't see duplicate code at all, and wasn't able to reproduce lag in testing the plugin.
