Clean up of GUI code and BloodEffect event triggers.
Changes:
- Permission node (pb.toggle) is now pb.admin to keep all the different methods within the same permission group.
Additions:
- New Blood Effect type (Changeable within the configuration)
New blood type can be ANY particle within Minecraft's limitations. please use CAPS when imputing your desired particle effect.
Changing velocity will SPEED up the particle (Higher value = FAST / lower value = SLOW)
Amount is the amount of particles that will spawn when dmage to the player is dealt.
