I do not know which plugins exactly is needed but I used

TuSKe, Skellett and skRayFall

Halo's Commands adds new commands such as

(cmd = Command)

( Fly cmd, invincible cmd, show others inventory cmd ) and more!

This is only the beginning as later I will add more and update this

Use /helphalo to get a list of all commands and how they work and people without permission will see only the things that they should be able to see and not operator commands

NOTE:
I'm not the best at skripting and this is not perfect but I'm trying my best, please don't hate if it is bad and just leave reviews if anything is bad and want me to change it.
