The idea of the project may be interesting but the way it was done is very clumsy. No use of fluidAPI to create plugins. It's an overlay that brings absolutely nothing useful for plugin creation. I give 3 stars for the initiative.

Brilliant, makes creating plugins so much easier! I would 100% use this in future plugins! :)
