1.2.1 | Bug fixes and improvements

Improve | Help messages is now have a better look.

Improve | set-maximum argument replaced to the "maximum".
Improve | wanted.bypass is now disabled by default for op players.
Fix | Logger may throw NullPointer in the console.
Fix | Wanted GUI doesn't work if one of the Wanted player's usernames is not a premium username.
