New Features
- Add config message option AllEntityAddSuccess, AllEntityRemoveSuccess, NoPermissionToUse.
- Add /ctb [add|remove] ALL to add or remove all entity from catchable entity.
- Add the entity.yml can not place message.
- Add permission catchball.use to decide player can catch entity.
