Bug Fixes:
- Fix api events breaking the previous update
- Fix exploit where logging in while combat logged, then logging out removes the NPC.

NEW:
- Added a new config option "login-after-combat-log-add-timer-seconds" to add seconds to the combat timer if someone logs in while combat logged. (default of 5 seconds.)
