Changed program level to 15+.
Added pluginManager and registering events to PluginController.java.
Added 2 new commands: /arena which shows arenas and /arenaeditor that allows you to edit spawns/bounds location.
Added 2 events class: PlayerBlockInventoryMovement.java, PlayerBreakBlockEvent.java.
Added Executor.java for /arena command, and added Editor.java for /arenaeditor command.
