alot of these features were suggested from ATOM ⚛#9864

redone pregame:

• added autostarting
• prevent starting until rerolling is enabled

added custom blocks and starting height for main phase

added custom commands to run at post phase

ignoreconfigs have been reversed, now it auto disables nether and end and other stuff

bug fixes:

• properly remove main bossbars from dead people
• no longer shows reroll bossbars if rerolling is disabled
• probably more stuff i forgor
