I haven't even tried this plugin yet but it sounds very promising and like the one with the richest feature set from what I found. I'll update my review if it turns out to be any worse but I thought since the plugin only has 4 reviews it deserves way more!

Great idea! This plugin is something that many servers could use, and it does actually have surprisingly good customization.
