Switched to new data format based around UUIDs instead of player names:

allows player to change names and keep their homes grant geyser and floodgate support by extension

doing /home now has a configurable delay

Old data is automatically ported to the new one on player login (it requires the UUID which can only be retrieved when the player is online)

tweaked the error message for having too many homes set
