Adding some pemission and updatechecker fix
news ​

  • You can now bypass the enderpearl cooldown with permission : bulpearl.bypass.cd
  • Players with the following permission will not be able to die from enderpearl damage even if in the config you set "can_kill: true". bulpearl.bypass.death (Perfect advantage to sell on your store)
  • Little fix of the updatechecker
