Added support for SQL server data storage. It only saves and loads into memory for now. This is to keep the main thread safe while still retrieving accurate information while the server is running.

- Fixed temp kit issues when a player did not previously have a kit
- Fixed a cast preventing people to teleport to an arena if the data was not retrieved from a restart.
