- Added Warps!
All warps can be found in the new warps.yml file.

Create Warp - /pcore setwarp <name> permission pixie.setwarp.
Delete Warp - /pcore delwarp <name> permission pixie.delwarp.
Warping - /pcore warp <name> permission pixie.warps.<name> or pixie.warps.* to allow a player to use all warps!
List all created warps - /pcore warps permission pixie.warplist.

- Added New hub commands.

/Spawn
Both commands will do exactly the same thing as /Hub and will use the same permission as the /Hub command.

- Added /Pcore Aliases
/pco (The aliases is pco and not pc, because I didn't want anyone to have any troubles if someone has the ProCosmetics plugin which has an aliases of pc)

- Fixed small chat message error
Fixed the "NoPermission" message from not being able to use color codes.
