New features:
- Silent Join. Allows a player with the pixie.silentjoint permission to join the server without other players knowing! (This feature can be disabled in config.yml)

- Join Fly. Allows a player with the pixie.joinfly permission to join the server with flight enabled! (This feature can be disabled in config.yml)

- New messages have been added to messages.yml.
- New players.yml file used for the SilentJoin feature and any future player features.

Fixed:
- Console being allowed to execute the /hub command.
