Enable or disable god mode for all online players by a single command: /godall on|off

Plugin is great! I also have a suggestion,
when GodAll is on, any new player who joins the server should also be granted godmode, so you don't have to run /godall on whenenever a new player joins

Thanks for the review, kinda busy this week, but this feature should be easy enough to implement, so by the end of the week, I may have it ready. Will probably come with a config option as well.
