I made some optimizations to the skript. These are:
- The {firstJoin} variable is now a temporary variable
- Deleted unnecessary "stop" as it just added more lines without any use
- Edited the skript so that there are less amounts of loops, causing less lag overall

A bug I found while doing the optimizations was:
- An issue with the Staff Chat with using it just with "#". This should be fixed and should work as intended now.
