Hides fake console messages produced by certain users logging inv1.3: Fix hideKickInConsoleButKickMessageIsMotdOrException
This updates fixes the config option
hideKickInConsoleButKickMessageIsMotdOrException.
If it was enabled in v1.2, it'd accidentally prevent everyone from joining and not just prevent invalid joins.
