Working on version 1.19.2. Helps with gapples and removing poppy from iron golems. Allows for delays in Ender pearls and disables Ender pearl teleports outside the world border. I wish there were updates for 1.20, but I haven't tested it yet, and it looks like it's abandoned.

Notch apple cooldown doesn't work even though I've set it correctly, I've tried restarting the server and config has been fully saved
