This plugin takes care of the MOTD and for server work a maintenance modeFixed bad code

- Added ProtocolLib API and better color supplyment
- Version getting incompatible
- ProtocolLib is necessary
- more message are editable
Known Bugs:
- reload (use /maintenance reload or restart the server)
- kick/currently messages, please use the format not \n this is a bukkit logical bug.
