Deletes:
- Delete ki-back command.

Adds:
- Add SBTT Mode
- Add ki-abandon command
- Add final tab at game end with:
- death count,
- skip count,
- template count,
- amount of time in each ages
- Add Game.ki file at game save to store game config. and ranks
- Add Passive Mode
- Add logs in listeners
- Add evolution system in xp needed for teleporters
- Add auto back after certain amount of time depending on game Level.

Fixes:
- Fix conformity checks
- Fix ki-players inventory at game finished and at leave/join
- Fix time per itemsat each age
- Fix last age finish for team mode
- Fix ki-validate-age command after game end
- Fix already got item list clear at next age
