Adds a fake hardcore mode, allowing you to continue playing after you die!Cosmetic Hardcore 2.0 - Internal and feature revamp!

- allows you to pick a data structure
- added back file support (not recommended)
- added MySQL support
- added multiple "lives" (configurable in config.yml, set to 1 for "normal" hardcore experience
- added customizable name changes
