Update log:
-Added Bounty Stick. Used to create bounty chests by left clicking on a chest. Get it by running /getBountyStick.
-Added the ability to have more then one bounty chest.
-Removed the /setBountyChest command.
-Removed the data.yml, as I am using a better way of storing data.
-Increased performance by using an event instead of a runnable.
