Thanks for such an amazing plugin mate! But I didn't see per-world setting, can you add? And please add support for 1.4.6 or send git link to me so i can create a PR :)

Hi! I'm not planning on add a per-world setting, for the moment. If I see there is more interest on it, I could add it (Currently working on a Factions Core plugin).
Answering about 1.4.6 support, same as before. Right now I'm busy working on a bigger plugin :(
