It's a good plugin in 1.16 - works fine on 1.16 but not on 1.4.6, what am I doing wrong?

1.4.6 is like 9 years old, I don't know what has changed since then in the Spigot API that would break functionality, but presumably a lot. I don't plan on supporting that version as it is very old, sorry for this inconvenience but thanks for your review!
