1.0.1 - Enable/disable commands
New Features:
- Add /krypton enable and /krypton disable commands to set whether captchas should activate when a player joins without having to restart or edit the config
- Requires krypton.toggle permission
- Does not remove players already in captchas, only affects players that join the game after the command is run
- Add messages for these commands
- Add enable_on_startup config option to set whether captchas should be automatically enabled
