1.8 & 1.12 Support Added
Good day all,

I've coded support for spigot 1.8 & 1.12 back into the plugin, this has been long requested.

The plugin currently doesn't work for versions between 1.8 and 1.12 so 1.9 -> 1.11 but i'm not sure how many people really use these versions but I can add support if needed.
