Данный плагин работает на основе getinventory. Если быть точнее он сначала проверяет инвентарь игрока происходит это только в двух случаях случай 1: Когда игрок заходит на сервер 2: Когда игрок ставит блок любого вида. У плагина много минусов и недоработок по типу того что он не блокирует командные блоки и плохо оптимизирован это всё исправится в следующей версий.
